Introducing this special paddle series to feature some of Sharpsburg’s best businesses and organizations! Each installment will be sponsored by a local establishment offering a free item or service in their wheelhouse. Come experience all the magic this borough has to offer.
First up – paddle with friends then head to Dancing Gnome for a FREE beer. 21+ Only
Explore Sharpsburg Waterways
We provide the kayak, paddle, safety vest, and a brief paddle talk to get you started. Enjoy an hour of self-guided paddle with other kayak enthusiasts. Explore the river and check out Six Mile Island or 62nd Street Bridge from the seat of a kayak. Watch wildlife emerge as the sun starts to set. Bring friends or make new ones. Great for beginners and casual paddlers!
FREE Draft Beer – after you kayak
🍻 Afterwards, head to Dancing Gnome with your crew to get a FREE draft beer. This local brewery rocks! Drink in the spacious taproom or out on the patio. Just show your confirmation email at the bar. Drinks are meant for AFTER paddling. Please do not drink before or during kayaking. Thanks!
