Age 50+ Advanced Hikes with Tory (Moraine State Park, 7mi) 

Strap on your boots and get ready to get sweaty on this 7.0 mile hike with Backpacker Tory Mather. The foliage in Moraine is truly spectacular this time of year and the lake can be seen at various points during your visit. This hike was designed for folks Age 50+ who have experience hiking and can comfortably walk 6 miles. 

Trip Leader: Tory (@torytalkstrails) is a local outdoor experience specialist. Her Pittsburgh-focused appreciation of the Pennsylvania natural beauty drives her content. Her desire to highlight the importance of local adventures & community building brought her to Venture Outdoors.

What to Bring: Please pack a lunch. We will have a break worked into the hike for rest and refueling. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time to ensure that the trip gets underway on time. Dress for the weather (Venture Outdoors trips proceed rain or shine!), bring water and wear comfortable closed toe shoes.
