The Fishing Skills Instructor (FSI) workshop is designed to teach adult leaders how to teach our youth basic fishing skills and aquatic ecology. Certified instructors then teach “SMART” Angler classes and Family Fishing Programs developed by the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission. This workshop is taught by a representative of the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission and registration for the workshop is needed on their official website. Once registered, additional program details will come directly from the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission.
