Summer Camp: Summer on the Water

Grades 6th – 8th

Day Camp Monday-Friday | Aug 7 – 11 | 9am – 4pm | North Park

Spend a week on the water kayaking, canoeing, and stand-up paddle boarding (SUP)! Gain confidence on the lake by learning to use paddlesports equipment AND how to complete water rescues. North Park Lake is beautiful place to spend Summer.

Over the course of the week campers will paddle in tandem and/or solo kayaks (if 13 & older), canoes, and SUPs while learning skills, such as paddling techniques and in-water rescues. Campers should feel comfortable swimming and being in water. Activities will be conducted on/in the water for up to several hours each day. All campers are expected to participate in all activities.

Campers are expected to follow behavior guidelines to ensure a welcoming and fun environment for all campers. Upon registration we’ll reach out to you via email with a packet of information and followup questions about your camper.

Financial assistance may be available. Please fill out this form and we’ll contact you if financial assistance is available for your child. Completion of this form does not automatically enroll your camper in summer camp, nor does it guarantee that we will be able to offer financial assistance at any point.
