Outdoor Learning Lab Partner Application

Completion of this form does not guarantee acceptance into the program. We have many more partners who apply than we can accommodate. We typically start to reach out to applicants in August for the coming school year to discuss plans, once we have a clearer picture of the project funding status, staffing, etc.

This application will take about 15-30 minutes. Please have the following information ready before you proceed. You will not be able to save your answers and return to finish the application later.
