Beginner River Kayaking Course

Have you attended one of our Beginner Paddles at North Park or already spent a lot of time paddling around the lake? Ready to test out kayaking on the river? Launching from Millvale Riverfront Park, we’ll take in the sights and sounds of the Allegheny as we head downtown and back. We’ll cover the basics of kayaking while also explaining how to safely navigate rivers while in a kayak. 

*Previous paddle experience is recommended but not required
