Anyone can paddle with a quick tutorial, but if you’re looking to paddle with efficiency, grace, and direction join our Beginner Kayak Course.

Meet at the North Park boathouse for an introduction to kayaking with our safety-certified kayak instructors. Learn about your boat, basic equipment, then get on the water to practice steering, and maneuvers. Learn to kayak forwards, backwards, and even sideways.

No experience required!
