Summer Camp: Cycling Through Summer
Rising Grades 5th – 6th

Day Camp Monday-Friday | Aug 5 – 9 | 9am – 4pm | North Park

Explore North Park on two-wheels! Ride roads and trails in the park while also learning the basics of bike care, maintenance, safety, and mechanics. Additional camp adventures may include hiking, geocaching, kayaking, and fishing. The camp day also allows for team-building initiatives, science experiments, wilderness skills, and the songs, games, crafts, and friendships that make summer camp so memorable.

Campers will bike for a minimum of 5 miles on park trails, park roads, and the bike skills park. Campers should have a basic competency with biking before attending camp. Bikes and equipment will be available, but campers are welcome to bring and use their own personal bikes and helmets daily if they have been checked and are in good working condition. No storage space is available to leave bikes overnight. All campers are expected to participate in all activities.

Campers are expected to follow behavior guidelines to ensure a welcoming and fun environment for all campers. Upon registration we’ll reach out to you via email with a packet of information and follow up questions about your camper.

Financial assistance may be available. Please fill out this form and we’ll contact you if financial assistance is available for your child. Completion of this form does not automatically enroll your camper in summer camp, nor does it guarantee that we will be able to offer financial assistance at any point.
