Free Kayaking, Fishing OR Hiking thanks to Public Lands.

Come join Public Lands at North Park on September 18th with a chance to try a new experience or enjoy an old favorite – but most importantly – a way to be together in the great outdoors! Each activity will start with an introduction to a Public Lands’ “Guide”. These are the experts you can find on a daily basis in the store to not only help with the latest gear, but help you find the best places to create memorable moments in the wild.

Then, we will help protect the place we love most, with a park clean up, followed by your activity of choice. You might even get the opportunity to try some of the newest gear Public Lands is offering to its favorite adventurists!

To cap off your afternoon, you will be able to sit back and enjoy a special music performance by Greg Joseph from The Clarks with snacks and beverages provided by Public Lands.

Let’s Cast Together
North Park – Rochester shelter | 12pm – 4:30pm
We bring the rods, bait, gear, and instructions. You just gotta show up ready to catch some fish. No license required.

Let’s Hike Together
North Park – Deer Browse 1 Shelter | 12pm – 4:30pm
Take a hike through North Park trails with your guide.
