Have you ever wanted to learn how to kayak or dive deeper into the basics of kayaking? Would you like to test out your skills in a controlled environment before heading out onto a bigger body of water? Join us in our indoor beginner paddle class to learn the basics about kayaking and test your knowledge in the pool with our trained staff. 

Meet at the Allegheny Traditional Academy Pool for an introduction to kayaking with our safety-certified kayak instructors. Learn about your boat, basic equipment, then get on the water to practice steering, and maneuvers. Learn to kayak forwards, backwards, and even sideways.

No experience required!
