The July Walk & Learn in Riverview Park will take place on the Bob Harvey trail. Although this trail is wide and machine built, (packed dirt and a fine gravel), there will be slight inclines and elevation changes with brief periods of rough rocky trail. We will be using a staircase to get down to the trail, so it is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. This hike is designed for folks who are new or returning to hiking and will be done at a gentle space with rest and assistance as needed. Ranger Merna will be teaching us about local flora and fauna with a focus on plant identification.
