Walk & Learn with a Park Ranger

Enjoy some time outside that combines education and new friendships each month!

Join Senior Park Ranger Erica Heide and Ranger Devin for a relaxed nature walk. We’ll take a gentle 1.5 mile stroll through Frick Park, with occasional stops to chat about the park’s history, identify trees, and share interesting facts. It’s a perfect outing for those looking for a peaceful and informative outdoor experience.

Volunteer Trip Leader and retired physical therapist, Anne, will also share safety information on hydration and returning or progressing your current fitness program.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time to ensure that the trip gets underway on time. Dress for the weather (Venture Outdoors trips proceed rain or shine!), bring water and wear comfortable closed toe shoes. By reserving a ticket, you acknowledge that you are physically able to undertake the activity described above.
