Women & Nonbinary Beginner Snowboarding

Interested in trying snowboarding for the first time? Have you tried it once or twice, but didn’t quite get the hang of it? Join experienced and enthusiastic snowboarder, Maggie Sukel, in this supportive and encouraging group with the goal to get more women and underrepresented genders building confidence out on the slopes!

We’ll kick things off in the parking lot, ensuring everyone is geared up for a comfortable experience. We’ll then proceed on to the slopes to practice and develop newfound skills.

If you’re not sure what to wear, check out this link for some guidance. Reach out to alyssa@ventureoutdoors.org if you need to borrow any clothing or have any questions.

Ticket price includes gear rental, including helmet, a lift ticket and the opportunity to develop a new skill in an encouraging group. If you are bringing your own snowboard, you can choose the second ticket option. Helmets are required.
